  • 1 kg Chicken wings
  • 2.5 tsp baking powder

  • 4 tbsp(60 g)Butter(unsalted)
  • ½ cup Hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 to 3 tbsp milk

  • 115 g Butter
  • Four cloves of fresh garlic (minced)
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

For baking the wings:
